Consent to Marketing Communications
Version: 2.0, effective 1 September 2026.
By ticking the separate box "I agree to receive news and marketing communications", I give Tekvel FZCO my consent to send me, at the email address I provide, information and marketing messages about products, services, events, promotions and special offers.
This consent:
- is voluntary and is not a condition of concluding or performing any contract;
- covers the processing of my email address for this purpose on the terms of the Privacy Policy;
- covers the measurement of how I engage with those messages — whether a message was opened and which of its links I followed, recorded with the time, a hashed IP address and my mail-client information, as described in section 12 of the Privacy Policy. This measurement is carried out by Tekvel FZCO on its own infrastructure and is not shared with advertising networks or data brokers;
- may be withdrawn at any time — via the "unsubscribe" link in any message, the switch in my account settings, or by contacting aao@tekvel.com.
Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop service (transactional) messages related to the performance of a contract. Service messages are not open- or click-tracked; only their delivery outcome is recorded.
