Describes the capture of campaign parameters (UTM tags) on arrival at the Site and the watch telemetry collected for course video.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit fee.digital. They let the Site remember your actions and preferences and help us collect aggregated usage statistics.
2. Cookies we use

2.1. Essential cookies (including region, country, the session identifier and the CSRF
token) are required to provide the features you request and are always set.
2.2. Analytics cookies and web-analytics technologies (including the attribution cookie)
are set only after you consent through the cookie banner. Before consent, no analytics
cookies are set and no analytics events are recorded.
2.3. Separately from cookies: if you reached the Site through a link carrying campaign
parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and then
placed an order or submitted a request, those parameters — together with the landing page and
the referring address — are stored as part of that order or request. This is neither a cookie
nor web analytics: the data is retained only where you completed a transaction, creates no
identifier for you, and is used solely to assess the effectiveness of our campaigns. Legal

2.4. Also separately from cookies: inside the learner's account we record how course videos are watched (which intervals were played, at what speed, which passages were replayed). This is neither a cookie nor web analytics: it applies only to a signed-in learner with access to the course, only on the course-material page, and it exists to confirm that the material was actually studied. The legal basis is performance of our contract with the learner, so this recording does not depend on your choice in the cookie banner and continues if you decline analytics cookies. See section 11 of the Privacy Policy.
3. Managing consent
3.1. On your first visit a banner lets you accept or decline optional (analytics) cookies.
3.2. You can change your choice at any time in the Site's cookie settings and delete stored cookies through your browser.
3.3. Declining analytics cookies does not affect the core functionality of the Site.
4. Retention
Session cookies are deleted when the session ends. Persistent cookies (country/region selection, language, attribution) are retained for their defined lifetime (up to one year for preferences, up to 90 days for the attribution marker) or until you delete them.
5. Personal data and cookies
Data obtained through cookies is processed on the terms of the Privacy Policy. IP addresses in our analytics are stored hashed.
6. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version and effective date appear on the Site.
