Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By ticking "I consent to the processing of my personal data" and/or submitting a form on fee.digital, I, acting freely and in my own interest, give Tekvel FZCO (the "Controller", registered address Techno Hub 2, Office 237, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates) my consent to process my personal data on the following terms, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL").

1. Personal data covered

First name, last name; email address; phone number; job title and organisation; country; postal address (at checkout); account data; order data; technical data (hashed IP address, cookies, UTM parameters).

2. Purposes

Concluding and performing contracts for educational services and purchases; account registration and management; processing applications for events and webinars; issuing training records; processing payments and refunds; sending service notifications; handling enquiries; complying with applicable law.

3. Processing operations

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, adaptation, retrieval, use, disclosure to the processors named in the Privacy Policy, restriction, erasure and destruction — by automated and non-automated means.

4. Sharing and cross-border transfer

I acknowledge that, to achieve these purposes, the Controller may engage processors (including cloud hosting, payment processing and email delivery), some of which are located outside the UAE, on the terms set out in the Privacy Policy, and that any cross-border transfer is carried out in accordance with Articles 22–23 of the PDPL.

5. Duration and withdrawal

This consent remains valid until the purposes are fulfilled or until I withdraw it. I may withdraw it at any time by contacting aao@tekvel.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal or processing that continues on another lawful basis.

6. Confirmation

I confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy, that the data I provide is accurate, that I am at least 18 years old, and that I provide this data voluntarily.
