Terms of Use

1. General

1.1. These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Tekvel FZCO (the "Administration") and any user of the website fee.digital (the "User").

1.2. By using the Site, the User accepts these Terms. If the User does not agree, they must stop using the Site.

2. Registration and account

2.1. To access certain features the User creates an account and provides accurate information.

2.2. The User is responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for all activity under their account.

2.3. Personal data provided at registration is processed on the terms of the Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual property

3.1. All Site materials (text, images, video, learning materials, code, design) are the intellectual property of the Administration or its licensors.

3.2. Materials may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes within the access granted. Copying, distribution, public display or other use without the Administration's written consent is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

The User will not act unlawfully, infringe third-party rights, or impair the Site — including no unauthorised-access attempts, no malware, and no sharing of access to materials.

5. Liability

5.1. The Site and materials are provided "as is". The Administration makes reasonable efforts to keep the Site operational but does not guarantee the absence of technical faults.

5.2. Paid services are governed by the Terms of Service and Purchase.

6. Changes

The Administration may amend these Terms. The new version takes effect when published on the Site; the version and effective date appear at the top of the document.
